About Dr. Fowler

My name is Johnathan Fowler, and I am a Licensed Psychologist providing services in Rockwall, TX for 11+ years.

I got my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Texas A&M University in 2002, and my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. I completed my internship at a community mental health center and nearby schools in Cleveland, OH, and a post-doctoral fellowship with the University of South Carolina’s School Mental Health program. I worked with a wonderful group in private practice in Rockwall, TX from 2014 to 2025. Finally, I opened Harmony Psychology in 2025. I continue to serve children 10+, families, and adults of all ages.

I believe therapy works best when it involves a real, collaborative relationship. You are the expert on yourself and your child, and my role is to help walk alongside you as we explore barriers to your living a more fulfilled or contented life.

At Harmony Psychology, I look forward to continue serving the area and to supporting your growth in meaningful yet realistic ways. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and safe space to explore your wants and needs. If I feel that your needs might be better met by another professional, I will help find someone more appropriate to refer you to.
